Request an open letter of referral from your GP. This means it is not addressed to a specific specialist.

It should detail the following:

• Patient’s medical history and the reason for a referral to a specialist.
• Specific symptoms or issues to be addressed.
• Any previous treatments.

GP letters do not typically suggest to the specialist what medication should be prescribed by the specialist: that is entirely at the specialist’s discretion.

Reach out to your insurance company with your Open Letter of Referral and request an authorisation code.

After finding a doctor that aligns with your insurance, it’s time to connect. Start by making an enquiry through our platform. Once your chosen doctor accepts your enquiry, you’ll receive an invitation to book a convenient consultation time.

With your authorisation code in hand, proceed to book your consultation with the doctor. After your doctor accepts your booking request, you’ll be prompted to either pay for your consultation or submit your authorisation code for validation.
